1. Manual adjustment
For manual valves, the flow of fluid medium is usually adjusted by opening and closing by rotating, pushing and pulling or pedaling.
Gradually open or close the valve: According to the required flow rate, gradually rotate or push and pull the valve handle to gradually open or close the valve, thereby changing the flow rate of the fluid medium.
Observe the flow change: During the adjustment process, you can observe the flow meter or judge whether the flow reaches the required value according to the actual flow of the fluid.
Lock the valve position: After the adjustment is completed, make sure that the NE-C Wafer Type Butterfly Valve is locked in the required position to prevent flow changes caused by accidental operation.
2. Automatic adjustment
For automatic valves, such as electric, pneumatic or hydraulic valves, automatic flow adjustment is usually achieved through devices such as actuators and positioners.
Set the given signal: According to the process requirements, set the required flow value as the given signal in the control system.
Connect the actuator and the positioner: Connect the actuator and the positioner, and connect the output signal of the positioner to the actuator.
Dynamic adjustment of valve opening: When the actual flow rate deviates from the given signal, the positioner will output a feedback signal to drive the actuator to adjust the valve opening to achieve stable control of the flow rate.
3. Intelligent regulation
With the development of intelligent technology, more and more valves are combined with intelligent control systems to achieve intelligent regulation of flow rate.
Real-time monitoring of fluid parameters: Real-time monitoring of fluid system parameters such as pressure, temperature and flow rate through sensors.
Data transmission and calculation: The monitored data is transmitted to the control system, and the control system performs accurate calculations based on these parameters.
Drive the actuator to adjust the valve: According to the calculation results, the control system drives the actuator to adjust the valve opening to achieve accurate control of the flow rate.
4. Precautions
Choose the appropriate valve type: Choose the appropriate valve type according to the nature, temperature, pressure and flow control requirements of the medium.
Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the valve to ensure that it is in good working condition.
Pay attention to safe operation: When adjusting the valve, pay attention to safe operation to avoid accidents.
