1. Main structure materials

2. Sealing materials
Metal gaskets: In the double gate blowout preventer, metal gaskets are used to seal the working surfaces at both ends of the double gate. This material has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance, and can maintain stable sealing performance under high pressure and high temperature environments.
Flexible graphite: Flexible graphite is a material with the characteristics of high temperature corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, stress relaxation, and good sealing. It is usually used to seal the upstream and downstream connections of the double gate, making the sealing of the entire double gate blowout preventer more perfect.
Oil seal: Oil seal is a very critical sealing material in the double gate blowout preventer. It is mainly used to prevent oil and gas from leaking into the atmosphere and play an isolation role. Since the oil seal has good lubricity and sealing properties, it is very good at sealing.
O-ring: O-ring is commonly used sealing material with good sealing performance and elasticity. In the double gate blowout preventer, O-ring is mainly used to seal the flange interface to make it tighter and more reliable.
3. Other auxiliary materials
In addition to the above main materials, the double gate blowout preventer may also use other auxiliary materials, such as fasteners such as bolts, nuts, gaskets, and lubricating grease. The selection of these materials is also very important to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire device.
